Katrina is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in general urology. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado in the study of anthropology. She then completed her three year Master’s degree through the CU Child Health Associate/Physician Assistant program. She spent eight years in family practice before joining Choices In Health in 2013.
Under the tutelage of Dr. Ripoll, Katrina specializes in general urology. She treats a variety of urological conditions including interstitial cystitis, chronic urinary tract infection, kidney stone management, incontinence, male and female hormone replacement, blood in the urine, elevated PSA, prostate enlargement and more. Katrina understands how to blend her ‘Western’ medical training with alternative practices, creating a holistic approach to her patient care.
Katrina is a Colorado native, having lived in the Boulder area most of her life.
